Elixir Wellness was founded by Tanya Khubchandani Vatsa — a Columbia University Master’s in Public Health graduate who also serves on the leadership team of HCG ICS Khubchandani Cancer Hospital.

What started as a single IV therapy centre in March 2022 has grown into a network of 27+ doctor-managed centres. Her mission is to shift India’s approach to health — from reactive firefighting to proactive, science-backed wellness.

What is IV therapy and is it safe?

IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals and antioxidants directly into your bloodstream for optimal absorption. All drips at Elixir are doctor-formulated, using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, and administered by trained medical staff in a clinical setting under physician supervision.

IV drips typically take 30–60 minutes. Recovery sessions vary: Ice bath (10–15 mins), Normatec (20–30 mins), Red light sauna (30–45 mins), Trigger point therapy (30–60 mins).

No prescription is required. However, every session begins with a brief doctor consultation to review your medical history and wellness goals to ensure treatment safety.
